Order processing
All Earth to Eve items are made to order by our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. That means your item is printed and packed specifically for you after you place your order.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. During high volume periods (launches, holidays), this may be extended — we’ll email you if there are delays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the method selected.
Domestic (United States):
- Standard: 5–10 business days after shipping
- Express: 3–5 business days after shipping (where available)
International:
- Standard: 10–20 business days after shipping
- Express: 5–10 business days after shipping (where available)
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing may add time for international orders.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country’s customs authority. These aren’t included in our prices or shipping charges. Check with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential fees.
Shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. If your package is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please see our Refund Policy for how to file a claim.
