Returns

We want you to love your Earth to Eve merch, and we stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you receive an item with a print defect or visible quality issue, we'll gladly replace or refund it. To help us resolve quality concerns quickly, please email us at Hello@EarthToEve.Store with clear photos of the item on a flat, well-lit surface, along with your order number.

Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing preferences or change of mind.

Cancellations

All items are produced on demand just for you. If you need to cancel or modify your order, you can do so using the link in your confirmation email at any time before production begins. Once your order has entered production, we may still be able to help with a replacement or resolution depending on the circumstances.

After receiving your order, you have 30 days to report any quality issues.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a quality defect, please contact us at Hello@EarthToEve.Store with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing the issue
  • Photos taken on a flat surface with good lighting

We'll work with you to find a resolution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Since items are made to order, we cannot process refunds, returns, or exchanges except for verified quality issues. If a refund is approved:

  • PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 24 business hours
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds typically appear within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs charges. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential charges.
