Refund policy
At Earth to Eve, every item is made to order just for you by our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer’s remorse.
We do take care of you if something arrives wrong or defective.
What qualifies
We’ll make it right if your order has any of the following:
- Manufacturing errors — misprint, wrong colors, wrong size shipped versus what you ordered
- Damage in transit — arrived torn, stained, cracked, or broken
- Wrong item received — we shipped you something completely different from your order
- Lost packages — tracking says delivered but you didn’t get it, or the package never arrived
How it works
If your order qualifies, we’ll send a free replacement. We don’t issue refunds on made-to-order items, and we don’t ask you to ship the defective item back — keep it or dispose of it however you like.
How to file a claim
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after 30 days can’t be processed.
Email us at Hello@EarthToEve.Store or use the contact form. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue — taken on a flat, well-lit surface, showing the defect clearly
- A short description of what’s wrong
We’ll respond as quickly as we can and get a replacement on its way.
Order changes and cancellations
Because items are produced on demand, you have a short window to cancel or change your order before production begins. Use the link in your order confirmation email to modify your order. Once production has started, we generally can’t cancel, but reach out and we’ll do what we can.
International orders
International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their local authorities. These aren’t included in our prices and aren’t refundable by us. Check with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.
